This makes a great summer sandwich spread.

Benedictine..
8 oz cream cheese, room temp
1 cucumber peeled, seeded and diced fine
1 onion diced
1 green pepper (optional)
salt
Miracle whip

Add the first 4 to food processer ..blend.Add.Miracle whip to the desired texture is achieved. Taste and season with salt as needed.
