cut taxes -just don’t give them any benefits. What we do instead is have taxes on the rich and then give them some of their money back with all kinds of strings and conditions. Social security should be a much smaller program (if it should exist at all)

They would gladly vote for Hillary or Obama if only they could win the Republican nomination and the election in the fall against Zell Miller or a conservative Democrat.
