Bizarre - ummm - why am I not believing this?
'running away" is one thing, but running away, 'forgetting' who you are and taking a dead man's identity - a bit far flung to put down as fleeing from devil worshipers. Does, however, fit hand to glove with a man skipping out on his family.
Betcha he's gonna have some hefty back child support to pay...

According to police, Williams is under no investigation for any wrongdoing.Adopting the identity of a dead man sure seems like fraud to me.
If he's also using that man's Social Security number it's federal. If he hasn't been paying SS at all, then that's a crime as well.
Then there's the abandonment issue. He left behind two minor daughters when he started his new life.
If he's not being investigated, he should be.
