I have to agree with you. The terrorists will try to give W a sendoff message close to the end of his term. This will settle the election issue.
And it will be pointed out that it was the DEMS who continually voted to blind our our intelligence services. If the attack happens, it can be argured that the terrorists, who had not be able to lay a glove on us in the previous 7 years, when we WERE able to do surveillance, finally were able to work in secrecy to attack us, without our being able to find out about it in advance, as we had been doing sine 9/11.
