One thing I noticed after that recent unpleasantness last year is that now, if one hits abuse, one’s name is on that abuse report.

Could it be that the drop down search feature has been discontinued because there were some who stalked others from thread to thread?

I don’t know...just asking.

But, if that is the intent, I think I’m for it.

Well, I’m not really sure what header I like! I like the one that bumps the latest comment to the top. I can’t seem to find that, though I guess activity is low at this time of night.

I don't know if you are tweaking FR right at this moment, but now when I click on Comments (upper left), I get the full posts of all Freepers posting at the same time. I can't see what are the 'hot' threads at the moment, like we used to see. PLEASE change it back!

My head hurts from all these changes, I just can't navigate FR the way I used to. I'm outta here for the night...

Me no like it.

I mean...aesthetically, it looks ok. But it takes some looking and hunting and cursing to find and get to all the functionality that was in the previous look.

Question: If it ain't broke, why fix it?

John where you have the “Brief & Full” links on “my comment” page, could you please add the “Comments” link to take us back to the main comments page?

The tabs should be “Articles” “Activity” “Comments” “Latest posted videos”.

Reading is fine for a while but sometimes I like to just do a no brainier

Sometimes when someone posts a couple of screwball posts to me, I like to look at their history to see if it’s their style or just temporary insanity

A person’s posts can always be found by going in forum from their FR page.

I don’t think that feature needs to be discontinued just because a few abuse it

I see all your posts, not just a link when I click on your name, and then ‘in forum’

I’m getting used to it. I figured out how to post a thread. I still don’t know about the search. I’m not liking that part so far. Maybe I’m missing something.

Actually...I've changed my mind. I rather like it now that I've had a beer, calmed down and navigated around for 5 minutes.

I have discovered that links I saved to my old user posts bring me to my current posts.
In other words..The links no longer work that I saved in favorites. Help!

Nothing is going right anymore. I’m not a Luddite, but I want the old way back. It wasn’t broke, so why fix it? This whole “change” thing is making my brain hurt. I don’t want Obama’s change for change’s sake. Pretty please with brown sugar and a cherry on top, go back to the tried and true. My head aches.
