There is no conservative candidate. We were treated to one ruse campaign to another, each in the chain of ruses projecting dishonest slogans and insults, by the same people with the same interests, for the most part, toward the so-called choice between McCain and Clinton or Obama.
Make that one ...ruse campaign after another...
Given no reasonable, healthy choice, I will be nonpolitical and rightfully negative about politics, until we have an honest candidate for US interests of today and tomorrow (rather than the foreign, anti-family, pathological interests of only a few). We did not give permission to any insulated, peculiar, self-absorbed, spoiled mob of constituents to secure permanent control over our Nation or to insult us along the way, and we don’t have to agree with such takeover.
Since the original thread was about Hunter against Thompson, the obvious meaning of Jim’s comment was to state that he considered them both to be conservatives, and was warning Freepers not to attack either of them as non-Conservatives. Your posts violate this warning from Jim.
McCain-Feingold is evil. Each of the members of Congress who voted in favor it are evil and un-conservative or uninformed. Each of the politicians who have recently and previously endorsed McCain are evil and un-conservative or uninformed.

I’m having too much fun at watching oil go up and the dollar go down—the death of the import regime. It’s also fun to watch the aging man-haters complain on the way to the nursing homes (the sinking Hillary show).
After a few years of having Obama as our president, more voters will toss traitorism and warm up to electing Duncan Hunter.
