If you mean satellite radio it would be exempt in the same way that cable TV is exempt from a lot of FCC regulatory reform. It’s pay TV not free TV. Paid radio is treated differently than the “people’s airwaves”. Its the same reason that people like Howard Stern and the other shock jocks can go to satellite without worrying about public decency standards enforced by the FCC.

Maybe after this happened, the Dumbocrats would start working on killing sat radio outright. Sat radio is granted its license to operate by the government. That’s about the only thing they could do.
