The girl, who was not identified because of her age, I think about everyone knows who she is by now. Maybe they technically cannot release her name, but not much doubt now.
I don't understand how people who do things like that think they can get away with it. There's so much that would point to the daughter anyway, she'd be the first suspect they questioned, along with her boyfriend.

They routinely release names of minors all the time. Why not this case? She’s going to be tried as an adult and so is her (former) boyfriend now I’ll bet.
