WRKO-AM (680) plans to broadcast the annual yuckfest. And guess whose doing his show live from the early-morning roast?

ST. PATRICKS DAY BREAKFAST
BOSTON, MA (March 6, 2008) Bostons Talk Station, WRKO AM 680 will be the only radio destination for complete coverage of the annual St. Patricks Day Breakfast. WRKOs coverage will begin on Sunday March 16 at 8 a.m. with a special edition of Finnerans Forum live from the Boston Convention Center, site of the this years breakfast.
Joining Finneran during the two hour pre-show will be Congressman Stephen Lynch, Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick, Lieutenant Governor Timothy Murray, Senate President Therese Murray and Speaker Salvatore DiMasi. Also scheduled to appear are Representative Brian Wallace, City Council President Maureen Feeney, Councilors Michael Flaherty and Bill Linehan.

At 10 a.m. WRKO will broadcast the breakfast in its entirety which will also be simulcast on CN8. The St. Patricks Day Breakfast is a Boston tradition in which local political figures take time out to roast each other on the topics of the day. In 2005 the breakfast was moved into its current home at the Boston Convention Center.
