Don't know his name, don't really know his age, did not about guns being reported or not, don't know if he is conscious...
I thought after 9-11 and the billions spent on our lines of defense that we could, at the least, determine if a man was conscious or not.

And I agree with your observations concerning his appearance; I thought the very same....before I saw your post describing his looking “frazzled” and “burned out.” He definitely looks stressed out and, I don’t know....something else.....beyond tired. Almost frightened/panicked but trying not to appear that way...

The spokesman in the presser that Starwise posted the link to....you should watch it. I’d like to know YOUR impressions concerning his behaviors and appearance....he’s not telling/saying the half of what he knows, imho (I know that cops CANNOT release all information that they know about concerning crimes, because it will mess up their investigations....however, this guy does NOT present himself as the type of spokesman we normally see in law enforcement during pressers on crimes then currently being investigated, IMHO, of course.)
