Sen. Clinton accepts donations from troubled firm (refuses to return $170K in donations)

** EXCERPT **

Sen. Hillary Clinton has declined to return $170,000 in campaign contributions from individuals at a company accused of widespread sexual harassment, and whose CEO is a disbarred lawyer with a criminal record, federal campaign records show.

The federal government has accused the Illinois management consulting firm, International Profit Associates, or IPA, of a brazen pattern of sexual harassment including "sexual assaults,” “degrading anti-female language" and "obscene suggestions."

In a 2001 lawsuit full of lurid details, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission claims that 103 women employees at IPA were victimized for years. The civil case is ongoing, and IPA vigorously denies the allegations.

"This is by far, hands down, the worst case I've ever experienced," said Diane Smason, one of the EEOC lawyers handling the lawsuit. "Every woman there experienced sex harassment, they were part of a hostile work environment of sex harassment. And this occurred from the top down."

Sen. Clinton’s spokesman, Howard Wolfson, told NBC News in a statement that the senator decided to keep the funds because the lawsuit is "ongoing" and because none of the sexual harassment allegations has been proven in court. "With regard to the pending harassment suit, as a general matter, the campaign assesses findings of fact in deciding whether to return contributions," Wolfson said.

I don't understand. What's the problem? Sounds like a fun place to work. Where do I go to get sexually harrassed and get obscene suggestions? Nothing like that happens where I work and it's getting kind of boring.

I'm sure you want it.

They've made many claims....not all true.

You know who the funniest guy in the world is? It’s God. He is hysterical.

I’ve worked out in a Bally’s gym for the last 15 years. Hundreds of beautiful women in spandex before I was married, and who is the only person who propositioned me? Some gay guy in the locker room.

Very funny God. His side is probably splitting from laughing so hard.

I’ve just got to post something here... it is so entertaining to see Hillary threads head south.

Ah, geez, too much fun. The way I figure it, we’re all screwed following the election anyhow...

Even better...Hillary is now so irrelevant and finished, that this thread on a premier conservative forum has sunk to silliness and random retarded posts from guys like me in their pajamas!

She’s not even worth the effort to write something intelligent.

Better get used to it!

She’ll have her goon squad’s knockin’ over 7-11’s and calling the proceeds “donations”.

Hillary will also steal the nomination, by seating the MI and FL delegates, in addition to re-writting the rules for counting delegates in TX!

“Hillary will also steal the nomination,”

Sure hope she can pull it off... She’s better than Osama or McCain...

Hillary to staff:

Why return the money? A deal is a deal and this firm paid for their pardon fair and square. If we return this then all those other donors paying for our help will dry up in a split second.

No she’s not. She’s scary, and I hope we can finally see an end to her candidacy.

In a court filing, all of the victims testified they received medical advice from the company nurse to “put ice on that”.

They've accepted far more than the 170k, I'll bet...

From 2005....

International Profit Associates Invited to Attend Clinton Global Initiative NYC 2005

No wonder the Toons won't release the foundation's donor records...

From this link, page 2....

The Clinton Foundation's donors

International Profit Associates $125,000

Someone really ought to audit that foundation's books. Both sets.

From last year....

For Clinton, New Wealth In Speeches Fees in 6 Years Total Nearly $40 Million

Clinton also accepted $125,000 in December 2001 to address workers at International Profit Associates, an Illinois company that advises small businesses. At the time, IPA was the focus of a federal investigation -- started during the Clinton administration -- and a government lawsuit alleging widespread sexual harassment.

Why would a woman who allowed sexual harrassment by her husband for 36 years not take money from anyone who does the same? I think it would be news if she didn’t!
