Should probably be noted that the United States is the place to train airline pilots for pretty much every country. There are of course flight schools in other places, but we have the biggest and the best.
It doesn’t bother me at all if there are thousands of aliens going to flight school. It would bother me if they were on fake visas and didn’t want to be bothered with the critical skill of learning to land an airplane.
