FINAL PREPARATION: On our final day of packing before heading to SC, I wanted to contact you and ask you to email everyone you know and ask them to visit our website http://vfwwebcom.org/ResolveToWin/ and ask them to spread the word to everyone they know. I believe our website is very informative and offers people an opportunity to interact. If we cant get people visiting the website to learn about the Resolve to Win March, we will not be able to get them out on the road. Please pass this information on to everyone you know who believes that we should Support the Troops and Win.
FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION: It occurs to me that this might also be an ideal opportunity to help mobilize America. May Americans want to help, they want to support the troops, they just do not know How or What to do, as individuals.
Two things come quickly to mind:
· First, Americans can support the Troops by supporting and joining the Organizations which work daily on a multitude of activities in support of the Troops and their families back home. Membership in these organizations adds needed revenue but more importantly, it adds numbers of voices being represented when that organization speaks. Case in point, the membership is free for active duty military in both the American Legion and VFW.
· Second, Americans can provide a substantial morale boost to our Troops and their families by displaying their patriotism. Flying the American Flag and displaying the Yellow Ribbon are very visible signs to our Military that we remember them, we care about them and we support them.
Thank you for supporting the Resolve to Win March.
God Bless our Troops and God Bless America,

Interesting.
I need to replace my red, white, and blue ribbon that was stolen. I can find the yellow ones, but I don’t care for those.
I’ll stick to the flag until I can find a non-yellow ribbon.
OK who’s on the welcoming commitee?
I have a perfect sign.
done... good luck
I can find the yellow ones, but I dont care for those.
@@@@@
I don’t either, because they seem to imply that troops should come home in the fashion that the dems want them home, without completing the mission.
I have the same feeling. I associate yellow ribbons with the hostages - and our troops are not hostages.
Exactly so.
Love your tagline!

Dennis McCool had a very difficult Day 12 today in Virginia’s hills north of Richmond. He faces another challenging day tomorrow. Please consider stopping by to post a few words of encouragement in the “Resolve to Win” guestbook.
