Moment of war sounds like a dramatic photo essay. Probably video from the recent Predator attack.
This was important because it places a big demand on the virgin supply. Eight times seventy-two is 576 virgins. Not a small requirement by any means. I understand why Drudge is so excited.

So the requirement is not 576 virgins but an astounding 936. A tough assignment for whoever is in charge of the supply of virgins.
