No he’s not, HAL9000! He said he’s not voting for Hillary. Let’s see, Hillaray, Obama, McCain...who does that leave for Mr. Cunningham to pull the lever for? How about...nobody?

Yes, he is supporting Hillary Clinton. The CNN report quotes him directly: “I’m joining Ann Coulter in supporting Hillary Rodham Clinton”.
