My cousin was born in Australia to American parents. She was raised in the States from about the age of 2. She did have dual citizenship until she was 21. She had to renounce her Australian citizenship at 21.

By Panamanian law, Panama considers him a Panamanian and there is no office he can go to renounce his Panamanian citizenship.
George Soros is running around with about 5 passports. One of those passports is U.S.
