I believe even Bush has worn tradition garb on his tours.

This hit piece will not be seen as “excellent” by the majority of the voters. People are onto Hillary’s nasty campaign style.....my only surprise is that theie campaign does not realize this yet.

Truly a bunch of fools.

Yes, but it's not what defines him (Bush) as a person, it's not in his roots. He's doing it for a courtesy and generally there's no walking stick around. People see a man in gear like that, with a walking stick and immediately it brings to mind bin Laden (remember all those photos and videos of UBL with his walking stick?). I'm not saying any interpretation is right or wrong, I'm just saying perception means a lot and this photo is not going to leave a good mark on the American voters.

I was about to post the same thing. I've seen photos of the big summit meetings where all the world leaders dress in the garb of the host country.

As much as I dislike Obama, this is much ado about nothing IMHO.
