The early primaries favored moderate candidates-quite deliberately I believe. In any case you have your candidate McCain-God help you! Macainiacs have posted over and over again that conservatives don’t matter in this election cycle...we will see. Personally, I think McCain will lose big-possibly in the Mondale sense of the word. McCain is a terrible candidate. Heckling and insulting people can not change this fact.

Just so you know, I would have voted for Thompson, who didn't even campaign like he wanted the job, if he hadn't already dropped out of the race by the time of my state's primary. Who do you think the people in category 3 voted for in the primaries anyway?
