Well, since hardly anyone reads the Constitution, and even if they did, the art of critical thinking is rather lost these days, she can say it says anything she wants it to say. The media will repeat it, and it becomes the accepted truth.

The sign up on the wall at the local emergency room says that if you have a life threatening condition, they are obligated to treat you, regardless of whether or not you are insured or have the ability to pay. Ditto if you are in labor.

So who is being discriminated against?

Let’s assume for a minute that Hillary is right - that Healthcare is a constitutional right. It would certainly also follow that food is also a right - that doesn’t mean you nationalize all the farms and grocery stores. At most it means you provide emergency food for those too poor to otherwise eat.

>applause that drowned out her final words

That’s ok. Just filter on the one singular frequency she uses when she talks, and I bet you can get a nice recording.

Huh, I am not a constitutional expert but I sure don’t remember reading that part.
Did the founding fathers have health care? Wait, did they even have doctors?

We’re not going to let the health insurance industry say who lives and who dies.and who gets health care in this country,” ....Hillary continued, "that's OUR job."

“Why is it OK to discriminate against somebody who is born with a heart defect, or who is diagnosed with prostate cancer?

It's not OK. But there is nothing in the Constitution that says I must pay to correct mistakes from anybody's God given bodies. And I will in no shape or form pay for sex change operations...

If any normal person were told something that they weren’t to sure about you would research it and question it. Remember I made the first mistake I said NORMAL! American’s are LAZY. This will bite them in the end, unfortunately they will drag all of us with them.

So health care is a constitutional right. Where does it appear in the Constitution? No where. All Billary & B. Hessein Obama are proposing is an erosion of individual rights. They are carrying the banner of the far left who hope to create a socialist utopia in the USA.
