Let’s assume for a minute that Hillary is right - that Healthcare is a constitutional right. It would certainly also follow that food is also a right - that doesn’t mean you nationalize all the farms and grocery stores. At most it means you provide emergency food for those too poor to otherwise eat.

Food and shelter are even more fundamental than healthcare.

But does that mean that we all get the same menu or same accomodations regardless of ability to pay?

Well, let’s hear it for housing. And transportation. And while we’re at it, we can look to Europe for guidelines regarding our constitutional rights.

You're almost right. If it's a right, it is a right in that government cannot prevent you from purchasing health care. It doesn't mean that it has to be provided to you for free. Free speech is a right, but that doesn't mean that the government has to provide you with your own personal radio station or newspaper. It just means that it cannot stop you from saying or publishing what you want. You have a right to personal firearms, but don't expect the government to provide you with one for free so you aren't discriminated against.
