For the second time in two years, an Argentine teenager has given birth to female triplets, BBC News reports.
The 16-year-old, who goes only by the name of Pamela, first gave birth to triplets at the age of 15.

I wonder if the French baby boom is mostly from the Muslim immigrants like our’s is mostly a Hispanic phenomena. The Russians, however, had a birthrate higher in 2006 than in the last 25 years!

I agree, this photo looks like a well-cared for, healthy, large family supported by a responsible mother and a father, not our tax dollars (and the same father for all the children, not a different “boyfriend” for each welfare-recipient kid).

Not sure we even need a few more decades. Statistics on U.S. births currently: blacks 70% illegitimate; hispanics 50% illegitimate; whites 25% illegitimate.
In the USA, almost 70 percent of babies born to teenage mothers were fathered by men 20 years of age or older (National Center for Health Statistics report). I've got to wonder about whether the same is true in other countries, such as Argentina. Sometimes the girls are ctually being pimped out by their mothers, who collect money, gifts, or other benefits from the men.
Certainly somebody who should have been protecting this young girl--- her mother, father, or guardian --- and shieling her from men's sexual advances, failed to do so. One pregnancy is unfortunate. Two pregnancies is deeply troubling. Three pregnancies, resulting in 7 children to a 16-year-old girl: that's outrageous, and indicates that the moral failing is substantially that of the parents, especially if the girls was pressured or coerced by an older man.
Can you tell us what happened to the mother? A criminal prosecution? Jail? Probation? Mandatory parenting classes?
I’ve seen people who should be locked up for life for what they did to children get suspended sentences and a some counseling sessions.
I was being deliberately hostile, just as a change of pace :-). And my family says I don't have a sense of humor, too. I contend that it's just a highly refined sense of humor!

Congratulations on your more than typical family (2.5 children). I wanted more, but God only gave me two. I am greatful for them everyday.
