I feeeeeel so safe with the GUEST WORKER program. Amazing how that I can get called a purists or racists when the threats just keep filing in border to border.

The idea of a Guest Worker program would be to catch folks like this looking to get into the US. Of course they could take their chances with the coyotes, but it sounds like they were going 'legit' so they'd have better cover and ability to move around.
