Yes, the U.S. Marshall could do this...the $64K is... will they?

I don’t think anyone in the gov’t agencies has the balls to actually enforce this order.

Yeah, that’s what I thought. On a local level, constables can serve papers. It’s just that most people don’t want to go to that trouble and expense, so they choose less expensive methods to serve.

This is not a Federal case at this point. It's in L.A. Superior court.
