Fearless prediction:
If she does try again in 2012, she will get Eliiot Spitzer to ram through the NY state legislature a bill to let sitting senators in that state run for both offices simultaneously (assuming that senators in NY cannot do that now).

I don't know of any law currently on the books in NY that would prevent her from running for the senate and president simultaneously. My assumption is that there is not. She will run for election and re-election at the same time. There is no way on earth that Hillary will not run again in 2012 for senate or president. Her fat arse and ego will not let it go....ever.

Let's assume for the moment that Obama wins it all in November.

In primary 2012 she'll berate him like he was Bill wearing the blue dress, with a See I told you so!

Expect that she when the Obama honeymoon (I give it less than 3-4 months with her, the media 12 months or so) is over to start to criticize him in ways that only she can.
