Record cold kills cattle and rice in Vietnam ( global warming )

Record-setting cold weather has killed more than 8,000 cattle and 100,000 hectares of paddy rice in northern Vietnam since mid-January, officials said Tuesday. Most of the cattle have died in northern mountainous provinces, where temperatures during the month-long cold spell have sometimes dropped to below zero Celsius, a rarity in Vietnam.
"We fear that the number of cattle killed by coldness and shortage of food in northern provinces will keep rising in the coming days," ...
The cold spell, which the National Hydrometeorology Forecast Center says is the longest ever in Vietnam, has also killed up to 100,000 hectares of the winter-spring crop of paddy rice throughout the northern provinces.

Famine would be just peachy to he likes of Algore- reduces human population, don’cha know... and it would be blamed on GW all the same. Bit by bit, though, Global Warming is morphing into Climate Change and human activity is blamed for all weather and climate. And good weather is more ominous than hurricanes. There is no joy in Liberalland. Ever. There is always a Disaster around the corner and it is always due to Sin, though they don’t call it “sin.” There is no transcendent God thus We are God and Liberals(the left generally) are God’s Mind.

There was no Viet Nam in the last Ice Age. The Vietnamese were all down in the Islands drinking beer and eating barbecue on the sand back then.

Al Gore will be deeply disappointed.
Note to Algore: You can come out now - global warming is over, baby!!!!
Not to worry, it will not be the first or last time that liberals deny reality.

We'll never know. Perhaps some tree ring evidence might shed some light but even that is unlikely since most of the flora in SE Asia wouldn't survive the three hundred year time span. Nor does any record exist of the prevailing wind patterns exist. It's effects were believed global and noted as 'The Year without Summer' but did that also include the Southern Hemisphere? The April 1815 eruption would have occurred during the Southern Hemisphere's autumnal season.
There are no records of tax increases in the American colonies to allay or offset the effects of the global climate change either.

Brrr. Of course, it won’t be that cold there next week, when the temperature here may reach as high as freezing. :’)

I was just going to post that the record cold winter across southern Asia also hit North Korea hard, but the weather/temperature maps shows North Korea escaped with mostly normal temps this winter (dang).

They'd say this is the "warm-up" for global warming.
They can never be wrong, or apologetic, on or for anything.

A friend, whose liberal do good sister, cut her trip to Nam short due to the cold. The only warm clothes she had were what she wore to LAX, and those weren’t warm enough.
