Living in NJ, it always amazes me how in other parts of the country emergency car accident cases routinely wind up in hospitals a hundred miles or more from the accident

Have you ever driven across West Texas? Out there you can drive 25 miles for a loaf of bread--and I kid you not!

I can either drive 7 miles, or 9 miles, and that’s just to a convenience store - a real grocery store is more than 20 miles. I’m about to drive 25 miles to pick up a child at school.
