Seems kind of funny that they don’t have seat belts on school buses considering the high center of gravity and all.

Too bad. Wishes to the families.
Guess it must be time for seat belts in buses and more bus control.

OK, so how many of the kids were wearing seat belts?
Not a crack against Minnesota but I have never understood this.
Our prayer for those lost to this tragedy.

When Fire Chief Dale Louwagie was asked what the community could do, he said simply, “Pray.”

I wonder how many lacerations, neck injuries, and broken bones, and possibly even deaths, could have been prevented in this accident by the use of seat belts?

ANOTHER REASON TO HOMESCHOOL
This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. If you want on/off this list, please freepmail me. The main Homeschool Ping List by DaveLoneRanger handles the homeschool-specific articles. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. This is going to hit that little town hard. That's about the size of where we live and if you're not related to someone, you've grown up with them. They really need our prayers.

I don’t even want to imagine the pain the families are going through. They will need prayer for a long time I would think.
