In regards to McCain polling better against Hillary instead of Obama, there was a recent Florida poll which showed McCain beating Hillary in The Sunshine State by 6 points. The same poll showed McCain beating Obama by 16 points, if the election was held today.

RE: Florida. The difference could be that many Jewish Democrats in South Florida (and Palm Beach County has more Jewish folks per capita than any county in the nation) are saying that they would go for McCain if their girl Hillary loses. Lots of Hillary signs all over Boca (where my parents live), but none for Obama during the last primary. I will assume that the difference is demographics.

Might have something to do with the dims incredibly stupid move of not allowing FL to have a vote in the primary. Of the three, McCain is the only one who campaigned there. The dim primary, which didn't count, BTW, essentially froze the picture from last year, when HilBilly was way ahead of unknown B Hussein.
