When CAIR Attacks
Little Green Footballs ^ | Feb. 19, 2008 | Charles Johnson

Posted on 02/19/2008 6:20:34 PM PST by jdm

Unindicted Hamas co-conspirators CAIR have put out a press release targeting LGF: Hate Site Comments Suggest Violence Against Missouri Mosque.

UPDATE at 2/19/08 4:09:21 pm:

At Pat Dollard’s place, the Bashman has a few words for CAIR: CAIR Now Targeting Right Wing Conservative Blog Sites ... Bring It Bitches.

(Military-grade language warning...)

UPDATE at 2/19/08 5:13:08 pm:

Note that the comments quoted by CAIR in their press release were posted only this morning, and were deleted as soon as I received reports about them. They quoted four comments out of a total of more than 3,000. They’re watching LGF’s comments more closely than I am.

UPDATE at 2/19/08 5:24:42 pm:

The press release is now at Yahoo News.

UPDATE at 2/19/08 5:38:08 pm:

Please note that this CAIR press release is not a news story from the wires, although it’s not obvious at Yahoo News—it shows up in a news search for ‘CAIR’, for example. But it’s not from a news wire—it’s from a company called PRNewsWire, a very expensive paid press release service with wide distribution. That’s why CAIR always uses it for their smear jobs—and their Saudi funding pays for a lot of smear.

CAIR is a Hamas front group and should be investigated by the FBI. They're not terrorist supporters, but terrorists.

The guy who murders children in a school, or bombs a market full of families, or commits mass murder on a subway can't succeed without the terrorists who solicit the money, transfer the money, plan the operation, scout out locations, research on the intternet, provide safehouses, do computer work, and the THOUSANDS OF OTHER JOBS that are essential to place that bomber or shooter in a position to kill as many as possible. The drivers, bookkeepers, charity directors - they're all as culpable as the bomber as he can't accomplish THEIR GOAL unless this infrastructure of evil people works together.

Remember, after 9-11, they had a button on their site to donate to the victims, and the money actually went to a Muslim charity that was a front for terrorists? That's CAIR for you.

It's the height of irony that they should solicit the FBI since they're the ones who need to be prosecuted.

Sent out by “PRNewswire”.

For anyone that doesn’t know by now PRNewsire is a pay-for-play “news” outfit.

In other words anyone can hire them to print anything. Kinda like a newspaper.

So CAIR paid them money, hands them the copy and PRNewswire puts it out into the public domain.

Uhh, thats how all public relations companies work with press releases (PR). Nobody is mistaking PRNewswire for a news source.

It doesn't claim to be a news outlet. Never has. The first two letters in the name are PR. I'm surprised Yahoo! mixes them in on a news search; there should at least be a disclaimer.

Nobody is mistaking PRNewswire for a news source.

Now how the f do you know that? Do you have a mental link setup to every Freeper and lurker here?

It publishes its *press releases* just like a news organization pulling something of a *wire*. No disclaimers, no nothing to differentiate the source.

Glad you know about it. Hopefully I educated one or two others so all this typing wasn't in vain.

CAIR has lost its tax exempt status!

What we need for them to lose;

CAIR has lost its American residency status!
