“He is just as liberal as any democrat running, and more liberal than some.”

I’m not a McCain fan, but that’s just not true. He’s not a socialist, so that automatically makes him less liberal than the candidates on the democratic side.

You are absolutely right!
After watch Gore take the popular vote in 2000.
(Yes there was RAT fraud, but I can’t quantify it.)
I very large part of the population even maybe a slight majority want smiley face socialism.(That is some form of bureaucratic Euro-Socialism!)
I think the 2000 vote & to some extent the 2004 vote reflect that. (I include the 2004 vote because of the idiotic Bush drug plan!)

We barely got rid of the Clintons last time.

We're still not rid of them.

The AP has released its early exit polling demographics in Wisconsin, and the results offer hope to both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

Interesting choice of words!

Wisconsin is one of those “right to cheat” states.

Hillary in a landslide.

“He is just as liberal as B.J. junior or Osama Obama, and MUCH more dangerous.”

Please clarify why you think this. He has stated that he is pro-life, opposes socialized medicine, supports the war on terror, recently said he would make the Bush tax cuts permanent, etc. Even if some of this is pandering, at least he is pandering. The other candidates you mentioned are very clear that they support Roe vs. Wade, would appoint non-constructionist judges, would raise taxes, do not support the war on terror in its current form, and are for government controlled medicine. I fail to see your point.

“A poll released yesterday shows Obama with a 47 percent to 42 percent lead among likely Democratic voters.”

I wonder what the numbers are among Republican voters?

Loaded up my gas guzzlin’ SUV with my fellow conservatives and we all voted for Obama (barf).

That is uncertain since Mad McCain would be in charge of the button. Obama would not push it. Better Obama than McCain.

Yeah, Obama wouldn't even push the button if we were tracking multiple inbounds headed for midtown Manhattan.

Better McCain than Obama.

If you believe anything McCain says I know I can sell you some ocean front property in Kansas.
When he had the chance he voted against the the tax reductions. He pushed McCain Feingold because he did not want anybody exposing his record. He was all for granting amnesty for illegals along with his good buddy Ted Kennedy. He insists we no longer look for our missing POWs and MIAs because he knows the stories they would tell are not the same as the tales he has been telling for 35 years.
As far as questioning his being dangerous, You definitely do not know him. To know him is to know his temper.

The fact that McCain shares a few positions with Democrats does not mean he is as liberal as Hillary and Obama. That is a logical fallacy.

Ronald Reagan raised taxes in California, signed an amnesty bill on illegal immigration, chose for his would-be running mate in 1976 the most liberal Republican in the Senate, appointed Sandra Day O’Connor to the Supreme Court.

Fred Thompson co-sponsored McCain-Feingold. He opposes a pro-life constitutional amendment. He had a Senate voting record nearly indistinguishable from McCain.

By the logic some are trying to use, I have “proved” that Reagan and Thompson are as liberal as Hillary and Obama.

Is McCain a consistent conservative? No. Could a reasonable conservative decide not to vote for him? Yes.

But throwing statements out there like McCain is as liberal as Hillary and Obama only muddies the water at a time when conservatives need to be thinking clearly and soberly.
