Albright: Bush is the worst President in American history
Sunday, January 13, 2008 - 01:30 PM
LONDON, ( SANA) _ Former American Secretary of State Madeleine Albright has described the American President George Bush as " one of the worst presidents in the American history." That came in her book published at the beginning of this week.
Albright, in her book, which the London-based al-Hayat newspaper issued excerpts from it yesterday, put some advices in front of the next American President who enters the White House in Jan, 21 2009.
She said: " The most important priorities for the next president are to improve the image of the United States in the Arab and Islamic world, followed by combating terrorism, preventing the proliferation of nuclear weapons in addition to dealing with the environmental problems caused by the global warming and climate change.
Albright, who proposed resuming negotiations on the Syrian track, dismissed Bush to achieve any progress on the Palestinian track and called for the vwithdrawal of Israel from All the Arab territories it occupied in 1967.
Albright is considered that "the resolution of the war on Iraq was the biggest mistake in the history of the foreign US policy,"
On Iran she believes that the next president has to avoid to launch a military strike against Iran.

She and Janet Reno both served in the same administration.
Josline Elders, Jamie Gorelick...
This kind of partisanship is so incredibly destructive. It says a heck of a lot more about Albright than it does President Bush for someone of her stature to run around jabbering like a tabloid headline.
Hey, I’m just a commoner, a member of the chattering class, but I don’t want to see my representatives and diplomats acting like Paris Hilton and bickering like The Spears Family. This also goes to show the character judgement of the Clintons to pick someone who would say something like this - but no surprise after seeing the way Clinton, a former president, froths at the mouth in public.
Deep down, I guess she is just trying to make a buck, and slamming president Bush in a book might sell a few copies. I guess the Secretary of State’s pension isn’t enough to enjoy the rest of ones life.
Really?
And, just where does James Buchanan fit in?
What a classless, small person she is. But I already knew that.
In GWB’s book, he won’t make disparaging remarks about her or the Clinton gang.
in a related story, Madeline Albright named worst Sec’y of State in history...
not as bad as those guys.
Oh man, you’ve put the mental image in my head of Helen Thomas in a cheerleader outfit. Not sure I can ever forgive that.

Clinton did meet this morning with his Cabinet and afterward, his appointees voiced their support. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright said, “I believe the allegations are completely untrue.” Commerce Secretary William Daley added “I’ll second that. Definitely.” “Third it,” said Health and Human Services Secretary Donna Shalala.
Albright and the other Cabinet members said the president told them “to remain focused on our jobs.”
MADAM SECRETARY HAD SUCH GOOD JUDGEMENT IN THOSE GOOD OLD CLINTON DAYS !!
TOO BAD KIM JONG DIDN’T PROPOSE TO MADDIE AFTER THE “DANCE” ....WE COULD HAVE GOTTEN RID OF HER FOR GOOD !!
America's Three Worst Presidents
Ari Kaufman disagrees with her
Isn’t Albright Helen Thomas’s older sister?
Bush 43 is the worst “Lame Duck President” in American history fixed....
I'll agree with that.
I knew Bush was real bad news some years ago.
She’s as addled as she is stupid. She served under the second worst (Jimmah being the first). And she stands alone as the single worst Secretary of State for all times, including the future. Also the least attractive (this includes Warren Christopher).
Gross! There isn’t that much mouthwash in the world!
Very heartwarming! Who was the first one to pass out from the smell?
