Oh, great... and well be getting another Souter and another Kennedy... No, because a bunch of FReepers are going to actively work to prevent McCain from winning in November. Therefore, with hillary or Obama we'll be getting another Bader Ginsberg and another Breyer.

If the tax cuts from 2001-2002 are not extended, there will be a tax increase without McCain doing much of anything. He tepidly indicates that he supports extension of the tax cuts, but I really don’t believe what he says because he wants the presidency so badly.
