Secondly, to the jurors at the O.J. murder trial, how's that "jury nullification" working out for you guys? In my opinion, if O.J. is charged with this assault, those jury members should be dragged in court with him as they are just as responsible. With the terrible job done by Lance Ito and Marcia Clarke, I wonder how much the jury is to blame.

Vincent Bugliosi (who prosecuted Charlie Manson) wrote a book analysing the OJ trial titled "Outrage," which answers your question in quite a bit of detail. It also has one of the best written discussions of the definitions and concepts of, "beyond a reasonable doubt," and "circumstantial evidence," and how they were both grossly distorted for the jury, and by the media during the OJ circus.
