Civil Unions create "Second Class Status" in the Peoples Republic of New Jersey (Barf Alert)

Report says civil unions make 'second-class status' By GEOFF MULVIHILL Associated Press Writer

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. (AP) -- A commission established to study same-sex civil unions in New Jersey has found in its first report that civil unions create a "second-class status" for gay couples rather than giving them equality.

The report stops short of recommending that the state allow gay marriage. But it does find that gay couples in Massachusetts, the only state that now allows gay marriage, do not experience some of the legal complications that those in New Jersey do.

The civil union law sought to give gay couples those benefits -- but not the title of marriage. As a part of the same law, the review commission was created to look into whether it was working.

Gay rights advocates say the civil unions do not deliver and have pledged to push lawmakers to vote to allow gay marriage. Gov. Jon S. Corzine has said he would be willing to sign such a bill into law -- but doesn't want the issue to be taken up before the presidential election.

Some social conservatives have said that the commission is slanted in favor of allowing gay marriage. Among those public members are some of New Jersey's more prominent gay rights advocates.

The other six members represent state government departments, such as the Office of the Attorney General and the Department of Banking and Insurance.

Roman Catholic churches around the state have been planning special prayers on marriage for Sunday. A major aim is to promote marriage as being between only a man and a woman.

A conservative Princeton-based group, the National Organization for Marriage, has aired radio commercials that say allowing gay marriage would undermine some religious teachings that homosexuality is wrong.

The second class status comes about, I would think, by engaging in an erotic activity that involves fecal matter. When will society every properly see sodomites for the walking cancer they really are?

Well, it would seem that “coming in by the back door” might be an apt description.

I see the problem, second class is much too high for such an abomination.

Second class??? I wouldn't give it any better than third or fourth class. Possibly even "no class".

Just as I’ve always argued, the queer groups don’t want ‘equality’ they want us to pray at their alter of hedonism and moral extinction and the lack of any type of community or ethical standards (aside from disapproval of anal sex).

They would rather see marriage, ‘family’ and (especially) gender abolished so that there is no standard by which to judge them as being immoral, illegal or abnormal.

Just think, if there was no such think as gender then who would be ‘gay’ and who would be ‘straight’?? It would be a free for all and everybody but the sheep would be fair game (beastiality advocates would be next in line for normalcy).

This is not at all about marriage. It is about normalizing the least normal activities mankind has ever engaged in. We have not (thank God) attempted to normalize murder or the lives of every human being would simply be a question of convenience just like they treat marriage.

Well I guess that makes single people third class citizens. This has to stop. Let people marry themselves (or at least until they're blind in one eye).

The results of this commission were a foregone conclusion before they even had a meeting. Just look at the composition of the board. You’ve got a slew of gay activists and Gov. Corslime’s cabinet buddies. This reminds me of the good ole days of Lenin and Stalin. He stacked the commission from the start. Does he really believe people are that stupid not to see what he’s trying to do?

I thought NOT HAVING Civil Unions created a class of Second Class citizens ?!?!

Did anyone stop to think just how volumous the laws regarding marriage actually are and that a single swish of a pen cannot take all of that into account and change it all forever in a way that actually made any sense to anyone except, perhaps, opposing counsel?

I wonder pray tell why that would be?

Given the corruption of the ruling dhimmicrat party in New Jersey, one could say that all residents of New Jersey are second class citizens.

What Governor Cur-swine is doing here is trying to delay definitive action until after the Presidential election. What does the election have to do with it? Simple: even many Party-of-Defeat constituencies do not approve of “gay” marriage. So Cur-swine wishes to sweep the matter into the closet for a while.

He then appoints a commission loaded with advocates of the stand he supports, and also with his own administration’s officers. Obedient to their own prejudices and the wishes of their master, the members will come out with a finding that getting everything they want through “civil unions” is not enough. They want a complete redefinition of reality. They must have all of society to join in their own delusions, and pretend that their hook-ups are no different from marriage.

That is the whole game. These people (Cur-swine and his party) are not just corrupt: they are essentially insane, and they don’t like normal, rationale people around.

There is no way to fight these buggers but to drop the WASP politeness for a few minutes, and say what has to be said.

That was last year. Not to worry though, the wacko-Dems are ready to redefine society to make sure all of the awkward pieces fit.

Where does it end? Where does the insanity end?

Did anyone NOT see this coming. These morally bankrupt type of people will never ever allow civil unions, they want marriage and nothing else, since that is the only way to normalize their perverted lifestyle and gain access to each and every school and government office there is to be had.

Their mission is to destroy marriage and all moral codes, completely. Civil unions will not accomplish that, and those states allowing them, have just handed these folks a latter with which to reach for higher ground.

The Marriage Equality folks did not stop at Gay Marriage in MA. They moved on to getting Parental Notification Laws stricken from the books so they can gain access to other people’s children.

Yep, if gay marriage were really a constitutional right (like the Left says it is) then Corzine should be doing it right now. He should go to his legislature and demand that they step up and put a bill on his desk to let gay men marry each other. Waiting until ‘after the election’ just means that gay marriage is reallyl a political issue about appeasing the queer lobby.

Dear Gay Community, you will just have to take it in the @ss for another year - Governor Corzine
