Although the wheels of justice turn slowly, they eventually get you to where you are going. On Feb. 21, in the Los Angeles courtroom of Judge Aurelio Munoz, is a status conference in Paul v Clinton. Now that the appeals are over trying to bring back Hillary to join her defendant husband, a trial date will be set and discovery can begin.
On April 7, 2006, I was in the courtroom when Munoz said: I will entertain no motion that prevents Senator (or Mrs.) Clinton from testifying in this case..................did you hear that, Mr. Kendall?
It is expected that Hillary will finally be under oath during the summer Congressional recess. For those who say that she will be able to delay it, keep in mind that a sitting president was forced to testify in a civil case. She is not a defendant; she is a key witness.
The evidence in the civil case is going to be compelling that she was involved in crimes. She, of course, is above the law and will never be indicted. At least the people are going to finally see what she had done and they can decide.
Will the press cover it? Well, when she is forced to appear in an attorney's office in New York and the press is informed when she will be there and exactly where she will be, there may be some interest. How about when Streisand is called in Los Angeles. I guarantee you that every paparazzi is going to know about it and get a shot at some photos.

Peter wants is in September. Even if it gets delayed, the discovery and witnesses is important. At some point, the media will start asking some questions.

Fabio is an important part of this. Hillary is going to be shown to have turned in a false sworn declaration to the court.

What is really interesting about this case is several hours of home video Peter took of his interaction with Hillary. “I don’t recall” is not going to play this time.
He was involved when Peter was giving proffers to the Justice Department about Hillary’s role in the campaign finance fraud.
Ideally a date would be set to coincide with that of the Democrat Convention. Wishful thinking??

Peter has several hours of home video of their interaction. There are things they discussed that she would never forget. When she says “I don’t recall,” she will be confronted with video.

I don’t see where a video from 2000 proves that she met Peter Paul yrs earlier. How does it prove that she met him, just because he set up the Fabio thing? It sounded to me like Paul set up the roses gift and she knew nothing about him being the one who set it up, that she thought Fabio did it.
