Imad Fayez Mugniyeh was the inspiration behind the terror wave in Lebanon in the 80s. But he was active in terror ever since and was a high figure in Iranian intelligence. His services were of inestimable value to terrorists around the globe since his most significant contribute was to father a global terror network. He can be thought of a master consultant who offered his talent, skills and services to every terror group who needed to be outfitted to spread death and destruction where they operated. He was never quite as well as known as Osama Bin Laden and judging from the reaction of his state sponsors in Iran and Syria and of every terrorist group on earth, he was far more dangerous. His death will be only temporary relief unless the global terror network he helped to founded is finally destroyed.

Terrorism was created in Lebanon by Mughniyah and his terrorists during the 1980's and all the other islamic terrorists organizations including Al Qaeda learned from them how to conduct different types of terrorist attacks. In other word, Muhgniayh is the "Father of Islamc Terrorism".
