More likely Mr. Tomlinson is a self-promoting wingnut— likr the VIPs group of former bureaucrats on our side of the pond- who is trying to increase his book sales with bizaare accusations.
Actually what makes it more interesting is that MI6 went after Tomlinson for "breaking the Official Secrets Act" They don't do that to you for just "making stuff up".
