ADRIENNE SHELLY'S KILLER PLEADS GUILTY, GETS 25 YEARS (KILLER IS AN ILLEGAL ALIEN)

February 14, 2008 -- A construction worker admitted in chilling detail today that he strangled indie-actress Adrienne Shelly in her Greenwich Village apartment because she caught him trying to rob her.
In his courtroom confession, Diego Pillco, an illegal immigrant from Ecuador, recounted how he choked the wife and mother with a sheet, strung her body up from a shower rod and fled -- hoping to make the murder look like a suicide.
Pillco, 20, will get 25 years in prison -- almost certainly followed by deportation -- as a result of today's Manhattan Supreme Court guilty plea to first degree manslaughter.
The confession differed radically from what Pillco had long told cops -- that he sparred verbally with Shelly after she came downstairs to complain of construction noise.

What do you have to do in Manhattan to actually MURDER someone?
Actually it's more a case that the truth is too little. You have to have a twist, and it can't be the guy you first thought it was. That's just the L&O formula. "Illegal immigrant kills woman" doesn't have a twist.
He murdered her and only gets 25 years. That is not justice for the victim.
He'll probably be out in 10.
Huckabee would pardon such a person if their minister suggested it.

NEWARK FIENDS FIRST FAILED AT SEX ATTACK

The thugs who shot four Black college students in Newark reportedly preceded their sick attack by trying to sexually assault their two female victims. The group of six assailants - who shot two men and a woman dead and wounded another woman - failed in their attempt at a sexual attack, and then decided to kill their victims. Six suspects have now been charged in the Aug. 4 atrocity, in which the victims were blasted execution-style.
Yesterday, a family member of one of the slain victims described the level of savagery of the attack. He said the thugs used a machete to hack their victims.
"They cut my niece's face off," said John McClain, who is Iofemi Hightower's great-uncle, and the chaplain of the Newark Police Department. "They cut her from cheek to cheek. They left her head hanging." McClain said the mortician had to work for three days to put his grand-niece's face back together. --SNIP--

Newark prosecutors Paula Dow, Margarita Rivera and Judge Thomas Vena are the PC nitwits who freed Carranza (a man with 32 counts of child rape against him). How these dolts got law degrees is anybody's guess. The rancid odor of affirmative action fouls the air.

BACKUP: Superior Court Judge Thomas Vena decided to lower child rapist Carranza's bail to $150,000 from $300,000. The bail was lowered with the consent of latina Margarita Rivera, the "assistant prosecutor" handling Carranza's child sex assault case.
After the killings, Rivera lied, and said that it never gave such consent. But MSNBC-TV aired courtroom footage where Judge Vena asked Carranza for his SS #; Carranza responded, "I don't have it." On-camera, Prosecutor Margarita Rivera clarified the statement, saying Carranza didn't have a SS #.
NOTE Dollars to donuts killer Carranza had several SS #'s and was collecting US govt benefits under several identities.
Only 25 years? I hope he runs into some very annoyed skin heads in prison.
