p>WASHINGTON, February 14, 2008 (LifeSiteNews.com) - In a public statement last Friday, Matt Foreman, outgoing Executive Director of the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, rattled the homosexual activist community by joining the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), pro-family organizations and a growing number of homosexual activists willing to admit that homosexual behavior is both extremely high-risk and primarily responsible for the spread of HIV/AIDS in the U.S.
Addressing the topic of AIDS, Foreman drastically deviated from the "gay" lobby's party line by admitting, "Internally, when these numbers come out, the 'established' gay community seems to have a collective shrug as if this isn't our problem. Folks, with 70 percent of the people in this country living with HIV being gay or bi, we cannot deny that HIV is a gay disease. We have to own that and face up to that."
A little over a year ago, Lorri Jean, CEO of the Los Angeles-based Gay and Lesbian Center, similarly shocked the "gay" community by stating that, "HIV is a Gay Disease. Own it. End it."
Foreman's admission comes on the heels of a letter from Matt Barber, Concerned Women for America's (CWA) Policy Director for Cultural Issues, inviting Foreman and other homosexual activists to work together in discouraging homosexuals from engaging in the high-risk behaviors researchers recently determined are responsible for the epidemic spread of a potentially deadly strain of staph infection among certain segments of the "gay" community. The CDC has acknowledged that many of those same high-risk behaviors, such as male-male anal sex, are chiefly responsible for spreading HIV/AIDS.
Matt Barber addressed Foreman's admission: "It's extremely encouraging to see Matt Foreman, a homosexual activist who has for so long been in denial about the dangers of the lifestyle he has promoted, publicly coming to terms with the undeniable perils of that lifestyle.
"I only hope he will now stop promoting homosexual conduct and push for other liberal elites, especially those running our public schools, to do the same. Educators must truthfully address the 'gay' lifestyle's potentially deadly consequences.
"It's criminally reckless for the National Education Association and liberal educators to put political correctness and a deceptive political agenda above the lives, health and well-being of America's children. The evidence is there for all to see. 'Gayness' is not about 'who you are,' it's about 'what you do.' The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force has now, in effect, acknowledged that reality. Their honesty is refreshing and unexpected," concluded Barber.
I guess you have to define ‘can’t help it.’ Draw a difference between desires and actions. Kleptomaniacs can’t help it. Pedophiles can’t help it. Serial killers can’t help it. But people do not need to act on every desire or demand that others affirm their desires and action upon them.
The Kleptomaniac steals from someone who does not want them to steal from them. The Pedophile molests the innocent that do not want to be molested and I'm sure you agree that those killed by serial killers likely don't wish to die.
My observation of queer men is that they all want the same things with each other. Yuk!
Your last sentence is spot on.
The same homosexuals who engaged in unsafe anal sex were the first to blame Reagan for the spread of the disease. These criminally responsible morons could have stopped the spread in the early eighties. Pleasure took precedence over morality. The gay community should stand in shame over their actions. Many of their leaders should be tried for criminal charges for spreading malicious lies and slander as well as promoting unsafe sex. They are the ones guilty of helping kill hundreds of thousands of people unnecessarily. And not Reagan.
When firefighters start back fires in the forest are they arsonist?
When surgeons remove cancerous growths in the body, are they butchers?
When the courts find someone guilty and that person is locked up are they kidnappers?
Because someting is similar does not mean it is the same.
The Nazi went after homosexuals (and others) because of hate there was no other motive behind their action.
Quaratine has a long history in this nation although it has fallen out of favor as a means of controlling deseases.
Up to the 1950s it was common to quaratine people with deseases such as TB and polio. In case you are too young to remember, polio was the big desease of the first half of the last century (think MARCH OF DIMES).
If those affected with HIV had been treated the same way other sexually transmitted deseases were treated the epidemic would have been short lived.
Further, I find it incredible after all these years with all that is known, those most at risk of the virus have refused to modify their own behavior.
As someone elsewhere has pointed out, HIV is the first virus with civil rights. It is the homosexual community that has condemned themselves to these risk by fighting any attempt fight the cause and spread of the desease.

meaning, “I quoted a source that looked at the CDC and NIH and interpreted the stats according to their own agenda.”
Nope, not acceptable. I want a direct link to the CDC/NIH where this person found the statistic that 27% of HIV infected people are women. And it won’t be forthcoming, I know.

I should have been more clear; had it stayed an Africa-specific disease it would be a footnote here. They have all sorts of diseases over there that most of our doctors have never heard of.
There's another very important part. Women demand fealty; a monogamous relationship. Men acquiesce. Or, at least, most do.

If we’d quarantined all active male homosexuals in the early 80’s, HIV-AIDS would be a footnote in medical journals, and we’d be Nazis.

During anal sex, blood vessels rupture. Blood is the fastest way to get something into your system disease, drugs ect.
Homosexuals have a higher chance if unprotected sex occurs.
So it is not ignorant to say it is a common result of homosexual behavior.
I’m betting that truth-teller Matt Foreman will be labeled a traitor and barred from presses and platforms controlled by gays.
Also having been an outside observer of the homo life, it has to be some kind of Divine? payback?

Using the homosexual pc terminology, gay male is redundant. Gay means male, lesbian means female. Don’t blame me for their language idiosyncracies. I prefer to just use the term homosexual, because it plainly states the mentality and activities of those involved.
How do you deal with the sicko’s that want to get AIDS so they can feel special and die before they get old and ugly when no one will want them anymore. We are talking about many people here that are pathologically sick.
I watched a program a few years ago where they interviewed a young man who said he didn’t want to live past 40 because nobody wants a wrinkled old man. He was actively placing ads in the local and national homosexual papers searching for someone to infect him. As my friend used to say the boy wasn’t right.
They always get it in the end. Hind end!
Does anyone else remember that when HIV first surfaced it was linked to the 4 Hs—homosexuality, heroin, Haiti, and hemophelia—the Haiti being the African/ Haitian merchant link to the States—the heterosexual component was always linked to injecting drugs or blood transfusions as well as sex with a partner who’d had a heroin addition habit or boyfriend somewhere down the line (hence the large African American/ Hispanic inner city link)...the gay lobby (not unlike the current Muslim lobby I might add) feared being lumped in with the dangerous group so they shut down the conversation...so many people have to die to maintain a PC dialogue.
