Yup, it’s hard to feel much sympathy for these dirtbags. In fact it appears to me that much of baseball, players all the way up to the Commish, are involved.

What I find very odd is the partisan nature of the questioning yesterday. Makes me wonder who’s on the Baseball Inc. payroll.

YES, what if the Commissioner is found to be complicit in this whole mess. Kind of like a dirty cop with the people backing him (the Owners) winking and nodding so they can put a 20 game winner on their mound or a 73 home run hitter in their park.

I tend to agree that this is more a matter for either law enforcement or the private sector to deal with (other than yanking their anti-trust status).

With that being said, I actually enjoy it when Congress is wasting their time on something like this because it gives them less time to intrude into my life and make laws they have no business making.
