Ok question time:
McCain was born at the Panama Canal....and we built and controlled the Canal until Jimmy Carter gave it to the people there;
Is that considered “American Soil” or the “borders of America” intitling someone to run for POTUS?????

Is that considered American Soil Yes. McCain meets the qualifications to run for the presidency. It is not an issue.

He was born to American citizens who were living abroad—that still qualifies him to be Potus.

"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States." He (McCain) was born to US Citizens. End of story.
