McCain was born at the Panama Canal....and we built and controlled the Canal until Jimmy Carter gave it to the people there;
Is that considered “American Soil” or the “borders of America” intitling someone to run for POTUS?????

Is that considered “American Soil” Yes. McCain meets the qualifications to run for the presidency. It is not an issue.
