Does Virginia (or Maryland) have a 'black' majority? Does any state in the United States?

Even for the Democrats, the percentage of 'black' voters is large, but not often a majority.

Also, Obama won several overwhelmingly 'white' states, too.

He won convincingly in Maine and Nebraska this weekend. Those are pretty white states. Not just race that is winning for him.
