Consider calling the local Sheriff's Department also and get the name of the dispatcher and the time of the call. If the Berkeley Police are not enforcing the law equally the local Sheriff's should be asked to get involved. Also, a call to the local U.S. Attorney's office could be made with a request to send investigators to document any civil rights violations. Get the name of the person who answers the phone and the time of the call.

Many Departments require their Police Officers to provide a card when someone asks for it, and I imagine that Berkeley is no different! If possible, ask the on scene supervisor (write down the name, rank, location, and time of the request) for a card from each officer and document it with video or audio if this request is refused.

I have an idea. Let’s have the Military declare the SF Bay area a non-intervetion zone, whereby if they are ever invaded for a foreign enemy, or if a natural disaster strikes, the U.S. Military does not provide any intervention, and the Moonbats can deal with the crisis on their own.

Good point - The Alameda County Sheriff’s office should definitely be called in. The Code Pinkos are going to be hard pressed to find any MSM in the Bay Area that’s going to portray them in a favorable light.

In addition, I hope other businesses near the Marine Recruiting Office sue the City Council/Police for their creation of a “clear and present danger” situation, which is one of the exceptions to the free speech rule. (Schenk v. U.S.).

I heard that exchange. Ms Morgan was absolutely right in taking umbrage at Mr. Rodgers' lame attempt at making light of the situation. (Referring to a country song, "Getting My Baby Out of Jail" or some "joke.")

It seemed to me that it took him a while to recover from Ms Morgan's admonishment. He seemed to me to be a bit rattled as he acknowledged the failure of the police.

BTW, Ms Morgan had commented earlier, which confirmed what her friend Kat (sp?) told Mr. Sussman last night. That is, that the Berkeley police were very hostile at her meeting to get permission to demonstrate from the city authorities.
