“Then the police would, in order to remain neutral, arrest YOU for assault and battery while the pinko proceeded to hit someone else repeatedly with their sign.”
Probably, but I would think video showing you being assaulted prior to defending yourself would be an air tight defense. That, combined with filing an assault charge against the hippie would be soooo worth it.
I was wondering who has to lose their job and be brought up on charges for supporting anarchy and selective law enforcement
And aiding breaking Federal laws and aiding assault upon the US Marines.

Wow, I wonder who would win in this fight? /s
They told me to call the City Manager @
510-981-7000
LOL..I just called and the woman said they would send someone out to check the situation and thanked me for my call. I informed her that the BPD had given me their number and that it was apparently her department that had given the BPD ‘instructions’ to do nothing to the Pinkos breaking the law! I told her to get ready to be innudated with calls from all over the US and that our Marines are heros and do not deserve to be treated in such a disgraceful manner by a bunch of left wing nuts. She agreed with me....lol
Thanks - we aren’t allowed streaming radio at our computers and we can’t pick up KSFO on our AM radios (plus if I tried, since I work in SF, I’d probably be told to turn it off as it “offended” the liberals in my office).
Has anyone mentioned calling the Alameda Sheriff’s office?
Wow.
Note to the citizens and businesses of Berzerkeley: Nice banana republic y'all got there. So much for the rule of law.
My advice is to call them. I did..see post below. I told the woman that I was outraged and calling from out of state, but that our Marines are heros and these pinko thugs were breaking the law!!
I think someone did upthread. Where’s Sheriff Joe Arpaio when you need him?
Everybody call from everywhere
These are United States Federal laws being violated
It’s in the interest of the whole country when a city takes over and becomes a dictatorship and refused to instruct the Police to arrest lawbreakers.
City Manager, the one responsible for the Police actions and selective law enforcement.
510-981-7000
Don’t expect them to leave the line open, if they do call call call.
Will do
There goes her job
Someone get her name, she needs to testify at the trials.
Alas...Arizona....*sigh*
Has the Patriot Guard shown up yet, does anybody know?
I hope the state police are called in. I suspect the Berkeley police are hoping for a riot, Kent State style.
Her name was Vanee (at least that is what it sounded like when I asked her name)
From the San Jose Mercury News - in this one they actually make it sound like the police were doing their job - not...

“”Then give Berkeley back the $56 million that it will spend this year alone on the war so we can invest it in what we want here, which would be schools and health care and green jobs and solar panels for our homes. That would make us a lot more secure than a war in Iraq,” argued Benjamin.”
Solar panels! BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
great job Melanie is doing....
Melanie is having a Pulitzer/Marconi moment and will never see it.
Watered down report on FNC right now
If they are going to stack the deck against one group of people, Fox will be sure to cover those who can not get into the room during the meeting.
If Berkley thought they had a PR problem earlier. It is going to be nothing compared to what this is going to be.
Time for a repeat of Florida 2000, when conservatives in loafers and polo shirts stormed the districts doing the counting of over and under votes.
