Thanks for the ping E. Interesting turn of events indeed. But I think in the case of the CIA and State Department we expect to much.
I hope people realize the problems predate Clinton by many years. Go back to the Roosevelt Administrations and one will start to realize how deeply eroded these agencies became.
And the moles became well entrenched during every change of watch till this day as far as I am concerned. Those that are beholden and liken to foreign influence have been with us for a long time.
