We had some heavy winds yesterday. Knocked out our power a few times. I think a tree fell on the lines somewhere close, cause the power would go off for a minute, then back on. Then off again.

Morning! Just got up again.

Got lousy weather here today. Ice, sleet, freezing rain etc. I started out on my commute and didn’t even get out of town. I just turned around and came back home, much to the relief of my husband. He was already pacing the floor and it wasn’t for exercise!

Good afternoon, swmo....sounds like a very wise decision. Your hubby needs you more than trying to get to work.

Our snow seems to have stopped for the time being...about 5”. I actually decided to wear my Sorels to work, suspected our parking lot would not be plowed. It wasn’t and when I stepped out it was into about 5” of snow, which would have meant snow filled shoes. Hah! I was ready.
