UXBRIDGE, Mass. -- A convicted Level 3 sex offender has won $10 million in the Massachusetts State Lottery.

The Worcester Gazette & Telegram reports 56-year-old Daniel Snay, of Uxbridge, could now face charges because he failed to notify authorities that he had moved, according to Connecticut State Police.

“I’m flabbergasted,” Connecticut State Police Lt. Paul Vance told the Telegram. “His whereabouts, until you told me about this, have been unknown to us. But I guess you could say he’s very fortunate.”

Lucky scum. I can just picture this Beverly Rapist rolling into one of those Dateline NBC sting operations in his new Mercedes. I'm sure some do-gooding pols will figure out a plan to garnish the wages of future sex offending lottery winners.

Good. He can afford to fly to Indonesia and get all the “fat little boy” sex he desires.

From the title I thought this may have been about Bill Clinton.

It’s just a matter of weeks now before he gets sued in civil court by his victims and their families.

“Snay’s record of sexual assaults dates back to 1974. He has been convicted six times of indecent assault and battery in Massachusetts. Level 3 offenders are considered the most dangerous and the most likely to commit another crime.”

“According to the Massachusetts Laws, Indecent Assault is when you place your hands on a person in an inappropriate or sexual manner.”

Notes: Massachusetts law sets extra penalties for doing this to either a minor, a senior, or someone with a disability. So most likely his victims were adults.

He is a booty grabber.

So, how long has he been on the "we don't know where he is and we can't be bothered to find him" list?

As soon as Lt. Paul recovers from gasting his flabber, he should escort Mr. Snay to jail for failure to meet terms of his parole (notification disregard).

....hmm...let’s see; the net on $10,000,000 is about $6,000,000 after taxes....plenty of dough left to go after, and I hope the victims get every cent.

If he goes back to prison, that 10 million might cost him his life.

I dont get it with all of these people here.

All the lottery says is that a person must be over 18 to collect.

No matter who or what he/she is, if the got the ticket legally (they bought or it was a gift) then they should collect, anything else would contaminate the lotto.
