My son comes across bears in AK often while he’s hunting or fishing. Usually they just pass him by. Scares the crap outta me (that’s why they always have TP with them, I guess).
I can just imagine what my father’s reaction would have been if I told him I want to return to school as a girl. Whack!!!! Comes to mind.
I am one who usually does not agree with the social warriors on this forum, but your response was perfectly sensible to me.
Okay, your kid is acting unusually. I don’t know, maybe he’s mentally ill. Maybe it’s his “natural gender expression.” To be honest, I don’t know and therefore I don’t really care. You and he/she will figure it out eventually. But regardless, don’t let it make the goddamned papers, what the hell is wrong with these parents?
