Has anyone ever seen Mike Duncan on TV? I would not recognize him anywhere.

I do not recall ever hearing his name.

He is the head of the RNC as I understand it.

No one else ever heard of him either.

Either move everything to a single primary day or have regional primary days.

both good ideas...Another idea is to have early primaries in the order of highest percent vote to previous Republican presidential candidate. At least we would find out who Republicans want. All ideas are predicated on the concept that the best candidate for president should be our candidate, but that is not what the insider Repubs want. Look at Bob Dole and now McCain.

Considering the job he has done, If I were him, I wouldn't want anyone to know my name either.

Whatever they do, it’s time for BOTH parties to seriously reconsider how they nominate candidates.

I don’t care about the Dems but how this pubbie thing has come down is just shocking.

Nope, that’s not it. The old popcorn poppers had a bowl bottom and used oil to cook the popcorn. Mine had the popcorn container detached so the bottom was more like a heating coil at the bottom. I’ll look and maybe I can find one to post.

I watch Paula Deen, Everyday Italian and Ina Garten, but not every day. I’m too busy to be watching tv much. I get most of my news here and the internet plus magazines. Right now I’m getting ready to paint a bathroom, walk-in closet and the bedroom, plus tile the bathroom floor. Then the guest bath off the garage. I’ve gotten rid of the bees that took up residence in the outside wall. Have to spray that pucker up stuff on the ceiling and redo the artwork on the walls.

When I’ve run out of fresh celery, I use the seeds. They have to used with caution they have a strong flavor.

Celery seeds are nothing without red wine vinegar! Couple shakes is mandatory in all potato salads!

You can say that again. And regarding the seeds being potent? I also use too much pepper. Can’t live without it.

If what Obama means by change is NO MORE CLINTONS, I’m all for it. That was an impressive video, and no I don’t support Obama.

We will all miss Phsstpok while he is tending to major personal issues in his life.

No one has had more stress dealing with family and personal problems for some time now than Phsstplk and few handle it as well as he has.

Phsstpok is a brilliant guy and hopefully when and if things pan out for him he will be back. To say he will be missed is a vast understatement. RG.

An interesting year indeed! I for one am interested in getting to the bottom of why a huge contingent of Fla. rinos from Martinez/Charlie Crist on down to ros lehtinen and much of the elected Cuban contingent all of a sudden decided to back McCain out of the blue.

Who was instrumental in encouraging them to all vote together and all but coerce the massive Cuban vote in Dade county to go for McCain a huge way. Who was instrumental in basically engineering the vote away from Mitt Romney, a man of immense character and ability, to a man almost hated by much of the party's conservatives.

These are all questions I really want answered and well documented and probably won't rest until they are.

I’m not so sure the media picked our candidate. Maybe it was our very own RNC! Someone did and I sure would like to know who.
