One thing I've noticed is that it doesn't seem to matter what the voters think, we seem to end up with candidates who support the unification of North America into one entity. NAFTA was opposed by broad majorities of both parties, and Perot's opposition to it was the reason he actually led in the polls at one time. Of course, we ended up with Bush and Clinton, who both supported it. I noticed that Bush couldn't get it through because of Democrat opposition, so Clinton gets in and is able to push it through. This corridor is being pushed through with no support from the voters.
I don't have a tin-foil hat, but I'm thinking of buying one.

Why, how dare that hussy call Tennessee a hick state. They voted for her fat butt 3 to 1 over the rest of the candidates from both parties!

Both the Republican and Democratic state platforms oppose the corridor, but Perry has been able to push it through so far without a legislative vote. Wow. I'm not from Texas, but it seems very odd that such a giant project could begin without some sort of formal legislative approval. Even if all the funding is private one would think that the legislature could certainly stop the project if they wanted to.

My son has a blog (
http://www.vailguy.com/). In his post
yesterday he advocated JC Watts as the VP. I LOVE the idea! JC is fantastic and would be a tremendous asset to the Republican ticket (and future!).

It is.
Here's a link to one of the stories. Perry issued an executive order mandating all sixth grade girls in the state receive the vaccine against the sexually transmitted disease.

There’s a ton of opposition, but there’s also a lot of money backing the corridor.

Yeah that’s what’s funny. They have 2 Junior Senators running for president, and most of them are “afraid” to go against the carpetbagger former first lady for many reasons. And she is so divisive that a first termer can be competitive against her.
The democrats should have been able to wipe the floor of the GOP, but they screwed their own pooch.

Perhaps recalling the impact of Gores endorsement of one-time Vermont governor Howard Dean in the 2004 campaign, Obama is reputed to have urged Gore to shun politics and continue his essential work to end climate change.
ROFLMAO!!!!!! Pure comic genius.....

"Are the Brits covering this story?"Question posed only because this original post cam from the UK. More importantly, is the U.S. drive by media covering the story??
HELL NO!!!!! DFU is struggling to get the word out, but I don't think any of the MSM are touching it with a 10 foot pole!

Panic?
Probably and with good reason. I heard him tonight and he does inspire his base. Hillary is ok too, but he is better and he is growing more confident every week.
Who knows I might end up voting for him :)... But I don't think I will have to because McAcaca won't have a chance against him. He would look so old in age, and as part of the 'establishement,' He will look like Nixon did with Kennedy.

Makes you wonder if Bills had to duck a few more flying lamps in recent weeks. That would have to presume that they actually are inclose quarters other than campaign events. Do they stay in the same hotel suite, let alone the same hotel? Do they travel seperately? The press never seems to be curious - surpise, surprise...not!
